Mona Lisa... who has not heard of her or of that well-known "mystic smile"... or of her creator "Leonardo da Vinci"... and in later years, to find her name translated into a song popularised by the likes of Frank Sinatra and so many other world-renowned singers.

We, as mere mortals, may not possess the "gift of creativity" to produce such illustrious paintings or immortalised unforgettable lyrics and timeless tunes.  But, with the possibility of "online technology", we are able to piece together the "Mona Lisa" masterpiece by playing her jigsaw puzzle.

For a little while at least, we can be transported back in time to a moment when history was in the making, when the paint strokes that made that "elusive smile" so famous today, was set in motion.

We may not have
the opportunity or the $$ to own a famous painting, but in this day and age, we can at least find some joy in viewing the results of our labour after assembling the pieces together.  I, for one, certainly enjoyed the process.  I hope you do, too.  Ah... the simple pleasures of a jigsaw puzzle.  Like our minds, so blissful and contented when everything falls into place.
