I think that sometimes "creativity" works best in an informal setting.  When a comfortable atmosphere is created, the creative juices start flowing.  There is less pressure to perform, less expectations anticipated and a person's mind is free to take flight - Creativity at its best!

When I spotted the following YouTube clip from Google, I just had to share it with my readers.  See how the staff interact with each other?  They're so at ease with one another.  The "brainstorming" session is not unlike a group of friends chatting about the usual stuff friends normally chat about.  You know what I mean?  It's no wonder why Google is in a class of its own.
Brains behind seemingly ordinary-looking folks, not corporate-type execs in a formal office setting.  As the saying goes: A picture paints a thousand words, but in this case, a video... check it out!  It speaks for itself..."BRAINSTORMING - the Road to Creative Thinking" (that's what I think!  What about you??).
