"Eat your veges!!"  That's what mama used to say.  I don't know about your mama, but mine certainly barked those 3 words when I was a teensy-weensy tot.  And I sure hated those veges that accompanied each meal, twice a day, without fail.  I can still remember my mom saying that fish is good for my brains.  But veges?  Can't remember what they're supposed to do for me.  All I can say is that they tasted "yucky"!!  But somehow, as I grew older, I've begun to enjoy them.  Mind you, I'm still abit choosy about the kind of vegetables I'd devour, but at least I'm no longer shunning them.

Now, the reason I'm going on and on about vegetables is 'cos I'm going to show the following videoclip about various types of Brain Food.  And obviously,
vegetables would be among them.  Fruits and vegetables, they always go hand in hand, don't they?  Fruits - I just love them!!  All kinds - just name them.  I'd probably say I like every single one of them.  Fruit juice - better still.  Less mess, less work - saves all that peeling and slicing to get to the good part.
