I had my first visual encounter with "Sand Art" while watching the tele the other day.  It was on a Taiwan television programme and it was fascinating to watch the artist spin such beautiful, creative images right in front of a "live" audience.  Unfortunately, when I surfed the web to locate the videoclip, the only one I found was minus the audio.  Now, since I am not familiar with the language, I do not know why it was omitted.  But what I do know is that this Taiwan programme is always full of humour - the host is always cracking jokes (whether it's aimed at the guests or celebrities who graced the show).  Although I do not understand what they're saying, the whole scenario looks very entertaining in a good natured sort of way.  So, I'm sure there were no offensive contents therein.  Unfortunately, as the audio was removed, I decided not to show it on my site.  Somehow, without the sound system, it doesn't feel so "creative" as when
I was viewing it on public TV.

Fortunately, while I was checking out the various videoclips on "sand art", I found an insightful piece by Ilana Yahav called "You've Got A Friend".  I've placed it on the Home Page of my site so that my readers will spot it immediately.  But, I will be changing the video located there every now and again.  So, for the benefit of late visitors to my site, I will be re-locating all past videos from the Home Page to this special category "Creative Works".

Enjoy this videoclip.  I certainly did!!
