"When" and "Where" am I most "Creative"??  No, there's nothing wrong with this phrase/question.  The reason I used "when" and "where" will be obvious as you read on.

I don't know about you folks, but I am at best, in the most "uncomfortable" setting when my "creative" juices begin to flow.  Throughout my life, my mind starts to wonder about 101 things whenever I encounter "water".  That's right, H20...

One... when I'm in the shower.

Two... when I'm doing the dishes.

Three... when I'm in the swimming pool (though it's been a while since my last lap).

Four... when I hear raindrops pelting against my window pane.

Obviously, for the first 3 occasions, I won't be able to jot down any "brainy" ideas that pop up 'cos by the time I dry off, my "super" memory will all but fail me.

Then, there'll be times like these:

One... when I'm

in a fix, and I have to find a way out of whatever predicament I find myself in.

Two... when something "unexpected" happens and I have to act "fast" or else!!

Three... in any informal "brainstorming" sessions with friends, whereby the most absurd, hilarious, mind-blowing, zany ideas begin to tumble from my so-called "creative" mind.

Come to think of it, items "One" and "Two" are somewhat similar, except the latter is of a more "urgent" nature.

To sum up, I think the sound of "water" triggers off my thoughts in the direction of "Creative Thinking".  Also, when I'm "under pressure/duress", problem-solving is uppermost on my mind.  You have to be quick on your feet, so to speak.

Creatively-speaking, just my thoughts, no biggie...after all, this is just a "blog" post - you know, my usual "rants, raves and ramblings"...
